Escape Night City: Antagonist and Protagonist

The main villain and the hero for my Sci-Fi rouge-like concept! While I had a pretty clear idea of the protagonist in my head, I was struggling with the villain. For his design, I wanted to combine cosmic horror and technological aspects into an almost impossible looking creature. I enjoy this result, however I think I may rework him in the future to be a little more intense, as I think his design is too clean for this type of project.
